    We would like to inform you that pursuant to clarification issued by SEBI dated April 02, 2019 on Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, effective from April 01, 2019 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter/ year ending March 31, 2019 to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).
