     Vinati Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2019, inter alia, has considered and approved the following business matters subject to the approval of shareholders through postal ballot:

    - Sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company from one (1) Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2/- each to two (2) Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at a Record Date to be determined by the Board of Directors subsequent to the approval of the shareholders through postal Ballot.
