Skipper Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 13 November 2019, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30 September 2019.
Further, in continuation of our letter dated 26 September 2019 regarding closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in Company''s securities will continue to remain closed till 15 November2019 (until expiry of 48 hours after the un-published price sensitive information are submitted to the Stock Exchanges) in terms of the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons'.
