    The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has recommended payment of Dividend @ 200% i.e. Rs 2/- per equity share of Re.1/- for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018 which shall be paid on or before October 17, 2018 post its declaration of dividend at the Annual General Meeting proposed to be held on Monday, September 17, 2018.
