RMC Switchgears Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/06/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year/year ended 31st March, 2021 in Compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
