     The Ministry of Shipping, Government of India vide their No.SY-11012/1/2016-CSL dated July 15, 2017 appointed Shri Jiji Thomson, Shri Pradipta Banerji and Shri P Nanda Kumaran as Non-Official Part Time (Independent) Directors in CSL for a period of three years from the date of appointment i.e, July 15, 2017.

    Pursuant to the above letter, the term of appointment of above Non-Official Part Time (Independent) Directors, unless extended by the Government of India, shall end on July 14, 2020.
