We would like to inform you that as per Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (''PIT Regulations'') on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from 1st April, 2020 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2020.
Owing to lock down declared by Government on the Outbreak of Covid-19, all the employees are working from home and hence the signature and rubber seal of the Company cannot be affixed.
