In continuation of our letter dated March 6, 2019, it is hereby informed that Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its Order dated March 6, 2019 (copy enclosed), has communicated that Shri Ajeet Kumar Agarwal, presently Director (Finance), REC Limited has been assigned the additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director, REC Limited for a period of three months i.e. upto June 5, 2019 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
In pursuance of the said Order, Shri Ajeet Kumar Agarwal has assumed charge of the post of CMD, REC Limited w.e.f. March 6, 2019.
