     In furtherance of our letter dated February 20, 2020, about the pricing of USD 550 million 4.40% Fixed Rate Senior Secured Notes due 2023 under the USD 2 billion GMTN Programme, we would like to inform you that, subject to market conditions and other regulatory compliances, meetings of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Muthoot Finance Limited may be held, on or after March 02, 2020 to consider and approve the issuance and settlement of the Notes issued under the GMTN Programme.
