     SJVN Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Year ending March 31, 2018 and to recommend final dividend for the Financial Year 2017-18, if any.

    Further, as per the Company's internal "Code of Conduct for regulating and reporting trading by insiders and for fair disclosure, 2015, the trading window will be closed for the aforesaid purpose with effect from May 17, 2018 and shall remain closed till May 30, 2018 (Both days inclusive).
