Pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby state that the Company i.e LIC Housing Finance Ltd. will submit annual Audited consolidated Financial Results alongwith annual Audited Standalone Financial Results for the financial year ended 31.03.2020 within prescribed time.
We hereby confirm that the Company is having subsidiary companies. In accordance with Regulation 33, sub-regulation 3, clause b(i), we confirm that the Company will not submit quarterly / year-to-date consolidated financial results for the first three quarters of the FY 2020-2021.
