     Board declares Interim Dividend | 02/03/15 15:03 
     TVS Motor Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 03, 2015, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend, for the financial year ending March 31, 2015, at the rate of Re. 0.75 per share (75%) on 47,50,87,114 equity shares of Re. 1/- each fully paid up, absorbing a sum of Rs. 41.95 Cr, including dividend distribution tax.

    The interim dividend declared will be paid on or after February 13, 2015.
