     It is informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in the Meeting held today (i.e. February 4, 2020) has declared and approved payment of Interim Dividend @ Rs. 11/- (Rupees Eleven only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2019-20. Further, as earlier intimated, the Record date for the said Interim Dividend is Wednesday, February 12, 2020 and the said Interim Dividend shall be paid/dispatched on Monday, February 24, 2020 to those shareholders whose names appear:

    a) as beneficial owners in the statement(s) furnished by the Depository(ies) as on the close of business hours on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 in respect of shares held in electronic form; and

    b) as Members in the Register of Members on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 in respect of physical shares.
