     with respect to above, we wish to inform that we have received intimation (copy attached herewith) from our Statutory Auditors M/s DJNV & co on 17.12.2019 regarding the merger of M/s ANA & Associates into M/s DJNV & co with effect from 04.12.2019 and that from 05.12.2019 the audit of the company will be done by M/s DJNV & Associates, chartered Accountants. This is to comply with regulation 30(2) SEBI (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with respect to disclosure of material events.
