     Pursuant to Regulation 30 (2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(g) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we wish to inform that the 21st CoC meeting of Jet Airways (India) Ltd was held on March 30, 2021 to discuss the agenda items specified in the notice circulated on March 25, 2021.
    The minutes of the meeting were circulated on April 01, 2021, containing two voting items. For the purpose of e-voting, the e-voting window shall open on Thursday, April 01, 2021 at 06:30 P.M IST and shall be open till 02:00 P.M IST on Wednesday, April 07, 2021, subject to further extensions on requests received from CoC members.
