1) Change in Managing Director
Following Mr. Omer Dormen's (DIN: 07282001) decision to relinquish office as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 31 December 2019, to pursue another role, which he has been presented within the BP Group, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 23 October 2019, has appointed Mr. Sandeep Sangwan as an Additional Director and the Managing Director for a period of five years with effect from 1 January 2020 , subject to necessary statutory approvals.
2) Change in Nominee Director
In accordance with a letter received from Castrol Limited, U.K., Mr. Mark Josceline (DIN: 08454084) will cease to be a Nominee Director on the Board of Castrol India Limited with effect from the close of business hours on 6 December 2019.
