     Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Debenture Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Corporation will be held on 27th April, 2020, to consider the issuance of Secured, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of upto Rs.200 crores (Rupees Two Hundred Crores only) for cash, at par, to be issued on private placement basis.

    The above issuance is pursuant to the approval granted by the shareholders of the Corporation on 20th April, 2020 by way of Postal Ballot (including e-voting).
