In connection with the Bank's preferential allotment made to Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited, the Bank's promoter, on July 17, 2018 ('Preferential Issue'), the Bank hereby confirms that there is no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds from the objects of the Preferential Issue as mentioned in the explanatory statement to the notice for the extraordinary general meeting dated January 19, 2018 (in which the Preferential Issue was approved by the shareholders of the Bank) and that the purpose for which these proceeds were raised has been achieved.
