Please find enclosed the copy of standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018, the Audit Reports issued by M/s Nayan Parikh & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, the Statutory Auditors of the Company and declaration on Unmodified opinion in respect of aforesaid Audit Reports in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
