Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Dr. Jamshed J Irani has tendered his resignation as Independent Director of the Company with effect from October 23, 2019 due to his personal reasons.
Further, the Company has received confirmation from Dr. Jamshed J Irani stating that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other that those which is provided in the resignation letter dated October 23, 2019. The said aforesaid confirmation is also enclosed herewith.
