     We refer to the provisions of Regulation 30 (Schedule III, Part A, Clause A) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and wish to inform you that the 33rd (Thirty Third) meeting of the consolidated Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Videocon Industries Limited and other 12 Videocon group companies, having a consolidated corporate insolvency resolution process, is scheduled to be held on Friday, March 01, 2024, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 19 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. This is a Pre-facto intimation of the meeting of the consolidated committee of creditors.
