     BHARAT ELECTRONICS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 30th January, 2019 to consider and approve, inter alia, Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018.

    We further wish to inform that in pursuance of the 'Code of Conduct and Fair Disclosure Procedure for Regulating, Monitoring, Reporting and Prohibition of Insider Trading in BEL Securities', the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 10th January, 2019 to 1st February, 2019.
