This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30th May, 2018, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company on standalone and consolidated basis for the half year and financial year ended 31st March, 2018.
Further, in terms of provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the terms of 'Code of Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from Wednesday, 23rd May, 2018 to Friday, 1st June, 2018 (both days inclusive) for every person as defined in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
