A total of 400,000 shares was intended to be issued, but due to an error, 400,000 shares were mistakenly allotted to each allottee. dated February 19, 2024 regarding allotment of 28,00,000 Convertible Warrants in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Tuesday,i.e., October 01, 2024, inter-alia has considered and approved the allotment of 4,00,000 (Four Lakh) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each upon conversion of the warrants at an issue price of Rs. 195/- (Rupees One Hundred and Ninety-Five only) each, including premium of Rs. 185/- each
