     Pursuant to Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Restriction Period' shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results.
