     The Bank has received a reassessment order wherein no additional disallowances / additions are made. However, despite this, the computation sheet and the Notice of Demand issued u/s 156 of the Income Tax Act, of even date, has raised income tax demand (including interest), amounting to Rs. 2209.17 Crores, which prima facie appears to be ''without any basis''.
