(the Company) This is to update that certified copy of the order dated 2.3.23 sanctioning the scheme from the appointed date 1.4.2021 have been received on 20.7.2023 and filed by the Jaykaycem (Central) Ltd and the Company with the ROC today i.e. 1.8.2023 and the scheme have been effective in terms thereof. Accordingly the scheme though operative from appointed date has become effective today i.e. 1.8.2023, the Effective date.
