The Board has approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024. 2. Independent Auditor's review report for the quarter ended 30th September, 2024 (copy enclosed). 3. Resolution authorizing Louis Jose to Sign the Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 September, 2024. Please acknowledge the same.
