     Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Finance Committee of Ashika Credit Capital Limited (ACCL), at its'' Meeting held today, i.e. 13th January, 2025, considered and approved the acquisition of 51% stake in Ashika Private Equity Advisors Private Limited (APEAPL), thereby making APEAPL a subsidiary of Ashika Credit Capital Limited, post acquisition.
