     Pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 amended from time to time and effective April 01, 2019 and as per the terms of the Code of Conduct for the Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities of Ashoka Buildcon Limited (the Company), the Company informs that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from April 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2025 to the Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
