     We would like to inform that Mr. Pramod Nair, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company has decided to pursue opportunities outside the Company and has accordingly resigned from the position of CFO in the Company with effect from close of working hours on January 10, 2025. The resignation letter tendered by Mr. Pramod Nair is enclosed. The Company is in the process of identifying suitable candidate for the said position of CFO and shall inform the stock exchanges in due course.
