Considered and Approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Half Year ended on 30th September, 2024 along-with Statement of Assets & Liabilities & Cash Flow as on 30th September, 2024. 2. Taken on record the Limited Review Report pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 submitted by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
