To consider and approve to migrate Listing/Trading of Equity Shares of the company from BSE SME Platform to the Main Board of BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited or any other recognized Stock Exchange, subject to prior approval of the members. 3. To conduct postal ballot to approve the above businesses. 4. To appoint scrutinizers and other agencies for the same. 5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.
