     In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 Limited Review Report which is part of the Financial Results was not submitted because of the expiry of Peer Review certificate of the statutory auditors of the company. The signed Limited Review report is submitted by the auditors to the company upon the Renewal of peer review Certificate. Hence the Signed Limited Review Report for the Standalone and Consolidated Financial results for the half year ended September 2024 was considered in todays meeting held and filed accordingly.
