     This is to inform you that the Company has utilized an amount of INR 14000 million from the net proceeds of Initial Public Offering (IPO) for repayment of Debt. Accordingly, the net debt stands reduced to INR 17366.44 million and the weighted average interest stands reduced to 8.02% per annum, at the consolidated level.
