     Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Regulations"), we hereby inform you of the appointment of Mr. Augusto Ferro as Sr. Vice President Engineering and Proposals with effect from October 29, 2024. Mr. Rajiv Pathiyil will now take over other responsibility in the Company.
