     Company has entered into Share Transfer Agreement dated March 31, 2025 for transfer of entire equity shares being held by Vascon Engineers Limited in its wholly owned subsidiary namely Almet Corporation Limited ("ACL"). Therefore upon completion of the aforesaid transfer ACL will cease to be wholly owned subsidiary of Vascon Engineers Limited
