     Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI Regulation 2015, please be informed that our Yavluj spinning plant at Taluka panhala Dist. Kohlapur 416205 (Maharastra) w.e.f. 21.02.2025 due to operational issues. The Company is working to ensure that the plant operations are resumed as soon as possible and the same shall be intimated to the exchange accordingly.
