(ii) Changed the Structure of Key Managerial Personnel to determine materiality of an event or information and to make disclosures to the Stock Exchange pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 w.e.f. 13th January, 2025.
