     Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that Trident Lifeline Limited has made an additional investment in TNS PHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED, its subsidiary, by acquiring 10,20,000 equity shares. Consequently, the total shareholding percentage in the subsidiary remains unchanged at 51%.
