     Pursuant to the provision of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that in accordance with the terms of VIP Employees Stock Appreciation Right Plan, 2018 (Plan), the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of VIP Industries Limited, has today 19th November, 2024, approved the allotment of 426 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to the allottee(s) upon exercise of Employee Stock Appreciation Rights under the said Plan.
