     Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of the Board in its Meeting held on December 18, 2014, has allotted 31,663 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each under ESOP, which vide Shareholder’s Resolution dated May 29, 2006 is known as "2006 HLL Performance Share Scheme", further amended vide Shareholder’s Resolution dated July 23, 2012 is known as “2012 HUL Performance Share Scheme.”

    Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 216,32,31,384 shares & the issued capital has increased to 221,63,50,360 shares.
