    1. Resignation of Ms. Khushboo Surana as the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer:

    - The Board accepted the resignation of Ms. Khushboo Surana as the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company which shall be effective from January 16, 2015 vide Ms. Surana’s resignation letter dated January 01, 2015.

    2. Appointment of Ms. Mittali Christachary as the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer:

    - Ms. Mittali Christachary is appointed as the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer in place of Ms. Khushboo Surana, the resigning Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer with effect from January 16, 2015.
