Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform the Exchanges that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 2nd August, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
Further, please note that pursuant to Company's code of conduct for regulating, monitoring, reporting trading by designated persons, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 14th July, 2017 to 4th August, 2017 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall re-open with effect from 5th August, 2017.
