     Raymond Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 21, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).

    Further, in accordance to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 13, 2015 to January 22, 2015 (both days inclusive).
