Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, will consider raising of funds by issue of equity shares ("Equity Shares") and/or any other permissible securities convertible into Equity Shares through public issue and/or right issue and/or private placement including Qualified Institutional Placement or through any other permissible mode or a combination thereof under applicable law, rules, regulations thereof and subject to such approvals as may be required.
The Board will also consider approving ancillary action for the above mentioned "fund raising, including obtaining shareholders' approval for the same through requisite mode.
Hence, the 'Trading Window', for dealing in securities of the Company by the insiders shall remain closed from 16th November, 2017 till 23rd November, 2017.
