    - The three years’ tenure of the following non-official part-time Directors (Independent Directors), who were appointed by the President of India through Letter dated January 20, 2012 of Ministry of Power, has been completed on January 19, 2015 (A/N):

    1. Shri Ajit M. Nimbalkar

    2. Shri S. R. Upadhyay

    Accordingly, these Directors have ceased to be the non-official part-time Directors (Independent Directors) of NTPC w.e.f. January 19, 2015 (A/N).
