     This is to inform you that the Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal, at the hearing held today, i.e. on 18th October, 2017, has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited ('MTWL') and Mahindra & Mahindra Limited ('the Company') and their respective Shareholders and Creditors under sections 230 to 232 read with section 52 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rules framed thereunder.

    The Company is awaiting the certified copy of the Order of the National Company Law Tribunal and the Scheme will be made effective upon filing of the certified true copy of Order with the Registrar of Companies at Mumbai, Maharashtra, as required under the Companies Act, 2013.
