The Board considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023. 2. The Board reviewed and took on record the Limited Review Report on the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023. 3. The Board accepted the resignation of Mrs. Pooja Aggarwal from the post of Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 07th February, 2024.
