1. Mohil Zinzuwadia, a relative of director of the company, on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration committed and approval of Board of Directors has been appointed as Senior Sales Executive with effect from 16th December, 2017. The remuneration shall not exceed the threshold limit stipulated under section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. Jenil Zinzuwadia, a relative of director of the company, on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration committed and approval of Board of Directors has been appointed as Senior HR Executive with effect from 16th December, 2017. The remuneration shall not exceed the threshold limit stipulated under section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013
